By accessing our website or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting instapray.app, browsing our website, or submitting information through our waitlist form, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Website Usage
Our website is provided for informational purposes during our pre-launch period. You may use the website to learn about InstaPray and to join our waitlist. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe the rights of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the website or its security features
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the website without our permission

3. Waitlist Registration
When you join the InstaPray waitlist, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name and email address. You may also choose to share an optional message or prayer request.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, a specific launch date, or availability of the app in your region. We will use your waitlist information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may request removal from the waitlist at any time by contacting us (see Section 10).
4. User Conduct
InstaPray is built to be a safe, respectful, and trusted space for prayer and community. Whether you are using our website today or the app when it launches, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or demean other users
- Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or unlawful
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Share content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Use the platform to provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice
- Exploit, spam, or solicit users for commercial purposes without authorization
We expect all members of the InstaPray community to meet one another with kindness, not judgment. We may remove content or restrict access for conduct that violates these standards.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the InstaPray website — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is owned by InstaPray or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the website.
When you submit content through our waitlist or, in the future, through the InstaPray app (such as prayer requests or messages), you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve our services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
InstaPray is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the website or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. InstaPray is a prayer community platform — it is not a substitute for professional pastoral care, counseling, medical treatment, or emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services in your area.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaPray and its operators, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Future App Services
InstaPray is currently in pre-launch. When the app becomes available, additional features and terms may apply, including account registration, community participation, prayer circles, and in-app communications.
We will update these Terms before or at app launch to reflect app-specific rules and requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the website, app, or email. We encourage you to review the updated Terms when the app launches.
